From my experience in the last two years working as a professional nurse, the outbreak of COVID-19 has increased the demand for healthcare nurses and caregivers. The pandemic has increased healthcare expenditure spending through recruitment and retention of healthcare nurses, salary increments, and nurse workload. More patients crowd into the healthcare facilities demanding treatment services.
